Founded in 2018, Milksmith combines nostalgic moments with innovative techniques to provide customers with an experience like no other. Skilled artisans create delectable treats by rolling ice cream into scrolls before garnishing them with delicious toppings. Milksmith creates unique taste experiences by collaborating on new product concepts that elevate local brands.

The Challenge

Milksmith was experiencing a trend in abandoned carts, likely due to a lack of integration between their website and online store. Meanwhile, their private party services were gaining traction but their manual system was inefficient and impeding growth.

Results from their Digital Adoption Plan

With assistance from IntegrateIT’s advisors and the Canada Digital Adoption Program micro-grant, Milksmith was able to integrate their eCommerce store with their existing website while adding a digital booking and payment system for their private party service.  The combination of the two improvements created a seamless user experience to support their growth.
