Love & Persson Group (LPG) is a family business providing insurance services, tax guidance, and investment advice. LPG’s roots in their community run deep, spanning over 66 years. Backed by a committed team of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, LPG works with honesty and integrity, to protect their clients’ assets and aide in their continued success.
Even in rural Manitoba, where it is believed that everyone knows one another, LPG was struggling to be found. It was vital to their business that their local online presence could be found to promote their services to their community. LPG also wanted to make it easier for clients to interact with their business. Since the pandemic, it was becoming increasingly important that new and existing clients could access their services virtually.
One of the first improvements that LPG made with their micro-grant was installing a new online booking system to allow online leads and existing clients to book meetings directly with their advisors. LPG then improved their website for mobile optimization and SEO. From this point, the business was able to run digital ads to bring new leads to their improved eCommerce site. LPG was able to see an increase in the number of digital leads and were better equipped to convert their leads to clients.
